This is totally incorrect. Muslims believe at the end of times that people will all but forget about Islam and a rapture of sorts will take the last believers through a gentle wind that causes them to die.
Dhimmis are those with a treaty of protection. Dhimmis cannot conquer land by definition because that would mean they aren't dhimmi.
Muslims losing land has no theological implication whatsoever and Muslims have lost their entire Islamic political entity after the fall of the Ottomans.
Muslims believe that the Mosiach which the Jews await is actually al-Masih al-Dajjal, i.e. the false messiah. Muslims believe that Jesus bin Maryam will ultimately fight and kill this messiah at the end of times.
Islamic end times eschatology involves a great war between Muslims and Christians after they ally to defeat a common enemy, then another great war between Muslims and the followers of the anti-Christ (whose followers include Jews).
Losing the dome of the rock has no theological implications. Even the Ka'ba, as holy as it is, does not compare in worth to the life of one Muslim.
Abdullah ibn Umar reported: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, circling around the Ka’bah and saying, “How pure you are and how pure is your fragrance! How great you are and how great is your sanctity! By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the sanctity of the believer is greater to Allah than your sanctity, in his wealth, his life, and to assume nothing of him but good.”
