I don't know how you're trying to prove that monotheism didn't exist until the 4th century when there are Jewish and Christian texts that predate it which are clearly monotheistic, let alone from other civilizations. There were definitely monotheists long before that.

Research into religious anthropology and sociology seems to suggests that most people are born with an innate monotheistic conception of God.
