Is Every Testing Floor Room a Temper?
What if each testing floor room is designed to turn off one specific temper? And then multiple tempers at a time?
So when Gemma was in the Christmas room, all tempers except malice were turned off. When she was in the dentist, all tempers except woe. When she was in the plane room, all tempers except dread. There must be a frolic room.
Cold harbor may be a room where all of the tempers are "tamed." This would allow innies to truly be children of Kier as all of their tempers are tamed.
It also explains why Ms. Casey was so robotic compared to Gemma.
I believe Cold Harbor represents Mark arriving at harbor, but finding it cold. They will probably invite Mark for a wellness session after completing Cold Harbor and bring him down to testing to see Gemma, they will turn the glasgow block off so that he can return to being his innie, then have him and Gemma in a room together.
This is the final test to ensure none of the tempers bleed through, since we know love ordinarily transcends severance.
I think Gemma will retain her memories but Mark will have tamed her tempers, so she will be totally indifferent to him and lifeless.
Since Mark is reintegrated, he will remember her as well. But since she was reintegrated by Lumon taming her tempers, she won't even care to escape while she is in Cold Harbor.
