I don’t think sanad & tawattur are a helpful way to think about the authenticity of recitations. These are hadith concepts which were back projected onto the Qira’at, which moreso used a license (ijaza) system. Since the Uthmanic text was almost unanimously accepted, the Qira’at became about acceptable recitations not exact transmission.
Ibn al-Jazari & Abu Bakr b. Mujahid did not claim the Qira’at are tawattur and even by hadith standards they wouldn’t be.
