You one study that you tried to delegitimize based on some sampling criticidm I highly doubt you are even qualified to make does not contradict the wealth of literature done on this topic internationally. As men get older they tend to regress to the mean.

What you have done is selectively take one reputable study and then try to interpret it against the widespread sociological consensus that there is a young male loneliness epidemic. You have not submitted anywhere near enough proof to substantiate this.

Even the study you quoted is trying to raise an alarm bell if you had actually read it.

I never claimed that most men have never had any kind of relationship or sex ever in their lives. That's a strawman that you've attempted to deconstruct.

Having sex once a year when you look at people from 40 down doesn't mean that young men are not more sexless than they ever have been historically. Once a year is still considered to be sexless. The average man under 40 needs sex 3 times a week minimum, many needing more. The common definition of a sexless marriage is less than once a month, meaning a man can have sex over 11 times a year and still be considered to have a sead bedroom.

There is a problem with loneliness and isolation in both genders, not just men. It's just that certain aspects of this technodystopic epidemic disproportiantely impact men, just like other aspect disproportionately impact women.
